In At The Deep End

If you produce or talent manage make sure you allow your talent to see if they can swim. Throw them in at the deep end but always be ready with a life float. What do we mean? Allow them to explore a topic with their thoughts rather than give them a topic you have prepared and thought of the angle and all the questions. It will help their performance be more natural and the thought process more personal.
