Love and Hate

Getting a reaction from your audience as a host is of paramount importance. You should be getting listeners emailing or texting with 'I think you're talking rubbish get off the radio.' and conversely 'I love the show and never miss you - you talk so much sense.' at about a ratio of 20% hate 80% love. If the hate rises above this you are in danger of polarising the audience and that can be bad for your RAJAR.
