Another little one of our secret of successful producing is 'Plan B' Always have a 'Plan B' What do we mean? Have a big idea for a topic, work on it make it shine and lead the show with it. Call it 'Plan A' But if your listener doesn't bite you need a plan B, which needs just as much thought and effort. So neglect 'Plan B' at you peril.
