When you are hosting a show it's very easy to include the other members of the team when you are talking about subjects. 'We would like to hear from you.' No we wouldn't, you will get a much better impact and greater affinity with your listener if you attribute everything to yourself. 'I would like to hear from you.' 'I think this.' Obviously if you are a double headed show ignore everything 'we' have just said.
