So what makes a good story? Something that will move an emotion is top of the list. A story that will make you laugh, cry, get angry with. Particularly something that your listener can relate to and will have an impact on their life. There are three words you should remember: Heart - an emotive story. Wallet - it will take money away from them. Health - it will effect their well-being personally. Try to apply one of those three judgements on the topical stories you choose.
